Q: What are Groups?
A: Groups are like categories which allow you to effectively organize your contacts. For example, if you have a "Family and Friends" group, you can easily send out Christmas/Holiday invitations or send out email notifications to this group in just a few steps.
Keep in mind that your contacts can be members of multiple groups. For example, if you have a group for your small business clients, and you have friends that happen to also be your clients, these contacts can be in both groups without duplicating the contact. Your contacts should only be entered in the system one time. They can then be added or removed at any time from various groups without actually affecting the contact itself.
