Q: Managing Contacts

A: Managing your contacts is probably the most import are of this site. This screen allows you to have a birds eye view of your list of contacts starting with last name, and first name. You can customize which additional fields are displayed (like email address, phone number, etc.) and in which order by clicking on the My Settings Menu choice. You can either view your entire contact list by selecting 'All' from the Select Group list box, or you can select a specific group name to view only those contacts in that group. Selecting 'Unclassified' from this list box will display all the contacts that are not members of any group. When you select a contact's last name, you are directed to this contact's detailed information screen. Here you can view and manage all aspects of your contact. This screen is equiped with a powerful set of tools to make your dealings with this person very efficient and effective! You can update their peronsal information, set appointments (Events), send emails, create letters/envelopes, and much more. The best part about it is that all actions you take are logged in the 'History' section for this contact. That is what makes this a true CRM system (Client Relationship Manager).
