Q: Contact Information Form

A: This screen is a continuation of the new contact entry process. The First and Last name of the new contact are the only required fields. You may leave everything else blank if you don't have all your contact's information handy. You can always return later to fill in the missing information when its more convenient. Selecting a group for your contact is not mandatory, but it is a great way to organize your contacts. For example, if this is a family member, you can put them in a "Family and Friends" group. If you would like to create a new group for this contact, just continue filling out your contact and ignore the Group section. Save your new contact by clicking on Add Contact. Select Manage Groups. This screen will allow you to add a new group like "Family and Friends". You can then click on Manage Contacts, find the new contact you just created, and select the Manage Groups button.
