Q: Emailing contacts asking them to update info

A: Contact information such as addresses and phone number can change over time. If you happen to have your contact's correct email address, this function makes it easy for you to send out an email to a group of contacts requesting that they update your "address book". The address book in this case just means your contact manager screen. After selecting the target group and any criteria, just select the second option (Contacts in selected group above asking them to update their info) and click Continue. On the next screen you will see the list of contacts to be included in this campaign, as well as a suggested email you can use to request that your recipients click on a link and update your address book. You can personalize the email further by using fields like {FirstName}, {LastName}, etc, or you can leave it as is. This function is saves you time and helps to keep your contact list up to date with the latest information!
